With the Serenity Signature Massage Membership, you’ll enjoy a rejuvenating massage each month designed to melt away stress, ease tension, and keep your body feeling its best. Members receive exclusive savings, complimentary service enhancements, and the consistency your body deserves. It’s self-care made simple—because true serenity starts with regular care for yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Pure Serenity offers two membership options designed to support consistent self-care while giving you flexibility. Please review the terms below to choose the option that best fits your needs. Option A: Prepaid Session Membership Members pay monthly and receive session credits to use toward massage services. Option B: Pay-Per-Visit Membership Members do not prepay sessions and instead pay the membership fee ($2) and discounted session rate at the time of each visit. 1. Billing & Payment Prepaid Session Membership -Invoiced monthly to the email or phone number on file (1st or 15th based on enrollment). -Payment is due upon receipt and is non-refundable once processed. -Failed payments after 7 days may result in a $10 late fee and temporary suspension. Pay-Per-Visit Membership -No monthly billing. -Payment is due at the time of each appointment. -Failed or declined payments may result in loss of member pricing for that visit. 2. Commitment, Cancellation & Rejoining -All memberships require a minimum 3-month booking commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month. -Cancellation requires 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date. -Members may rejoin 90 days after cancellation at current rates. 3. Session Use & Expiration (Prepaid Session Membership) -Monthly session credits roll over for 90 days from the date earned. -Expired credits cannot be reinstated. 4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows -A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. -Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged a 50% late cancellation fee. -Membership sessions may be rescheduled pending availability and payment of any late fee. No-Shows -Pay-per-use appointments: charged the session fee. -Prepaid membership sessions: session is forfeited in full. 5. Practitioner Termination Rights S&S reserves the right to terminate a membership for: -Repeated no-shows or late cancellations -Policy violations or disrespectful conduct -Safety or suitability concerns If terminated for reasons unrelated to policy violations, unused prepaid sessions will be honored. 7. Client Responsibility & Legal Disclaimer Massage therapy supports relaxation and muscular tension relief but does not replace medical care. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, or injuries. Services are received at the client’s own risk; the therapist is not liable for unintended effects unless caused by negligence.
