With the Serenity Signature Massage Membership, you’ll enjoy a rejuvenating massage each month designed to melt away stress, ease tension, and keep your body feeling its best. Members receive exclusive savings, complimentary service enhancements, and the consistency your body deserves. It’s self-care made simple—because true serenity starts with regular care for yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for joining the Serenity Signature Monthly Massage Membership. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your membership. Our goal is to make your experience simple, flexible, and stress-free. 1. Billing and Payment Memberships are auto-billed monthly to the card on file, on either the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your enrollment date. If a payment fails, you will be notified immediately. A $10 late fee may apply if payment is not updated within 7 days. Unpaid memberships may be paused or canceled until the account is current. Memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the payment is processed. --- 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. There is no long-term contract; however, once a monthly payment has processed, it cannot be refunded. If you cancel, you may rejoin after 6 months, subject to current membership rates. Any unused sessions at the time of cancellation remain valid for 90 days after your final billing date. --- 3. Credit and Session Expiration Each month’s session credit(s) roll over for 90 days from the date earned. Credits that are not used within that period expire automatically. Membership sessions and credits are transferable and may be shared with family and friends with notice. Membership product discounts apply only to the member on file. --- 4. No-Show and Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% late cancellation fee (or forfeit of that month’s session). No-shows will forfeit the session in full. To reschedule, please contact us by phone, text, or email during business hours. --- 5. Membership Renewal Memberships auto-renew monthly until canceled by the member. There is no minimum membership term. You may request to pause your membership for up to three billing cycles per year with advance notice. --- 6. Termination by Practitioner We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time for: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations, Policy violations or disrespectful conduct, or Circumstances where continuing care is not in the client’s or practitioner’s best interest.
