Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Frequent late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrival: Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your session on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply, regardless of the amount of time remaining. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a No-Show. No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. After a no-show, prepayment may be required to book future appointments. Membership Clients: For members, missed or late-cancelled sessions will result in the loss of that month’s session credit. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to discuss a last-minute change — we’re always happy to work with you when we can.
